Since the inception of Reliance Shipping Services in 2001, we have relentlessly worked to develop a great collection of efficient and highly skilled seafarers. As a result, we now proudly possess a pool of more than 1500 officers and crews. With our quality services, our client list is continuously growing all over the world, especially in Dubai, Malaysia, Greece, Japan and Singapore. We do not only focus on recruitment, but also work to train and groom officers and crews to meet the highest global standards. Here in Bangladesh, we are intricately involved with various marine institutes, in order to provide training and workshops to our seafarers.

Our in-house crew manages are exceedingly qualified in screening and selecting best possible candidates for our clients’ vessels. Not only that, we have a team of efficient executives who are prompt in processing all certs and docs required to conduct a smooth joining.

We pay extreme attention and also put a great deal of resources to our crew selection process. In that way, we managed to create a very well designed process of recruitment that we are proud of. It always remains our aim to hand pick qualified seafarers who will be able to carry out a life long career with our principals, and also will be able to provide excellent professional service in the vessels. We do not only recruit, but also provide training and grooming sessions to our officers and crews. In order to conduct quality training, we are also involved with various reputed training centers in Bangladesh.
